Twist Magic Put Down
Terrible news from Newbury concerning Twist Magic fracturing a fetlock and having to be put down following his fall, it is always very sad indeed to lose such a talented horse.
He could be more than a little quirky but had some talent and on a good day was up there with the best two-mile chasers of recent years. I was lucky enough to see him run at Ascot,Cheltenham and of course Sandown, a course which seemed to bring out the best in him, where he won two Tingle Creek chases.
