Stone Me It's Super Thursday

Nice little win yesterday with Grey Boy getting his well deserved victory at 11-4.
Back to the Super 7 system today in the shape of the Wolverhampton Hospitality - A Pleasure Handicap at 8.40; Stoneacre Gareth is the qualifier. Due to go up 6lb in the OR after today’s race, and having roared in after a long absence last week, Grey Boy in second franking the form yesterday, he would be a strong fancy even without being the system qualifier.
It is Super Thursday out in Dubai this afternoon with some big name animals on show.
One of the beasts I am most looking forward to seeing is Mendip. Having won round one of the Al Maktoum Challenge in January the colt is fancied to complete the double today taking the Group 3 Emirates Airline Burj Nahaar at 4.55.
In the 6.45 we have the muck anticipated seasonal bow of Group 1 Queen Elizabeth II winner Poet's Voice. It was always the plan to start at this meeting with the colt by all accounts and you can expect the Godolphin team to have him as near to peak fitness as possible; if he is I think he wins.
The 6.05 is probably best watched with UAE Derby and 2000 Guineas winner Musir likely to head the market and a number of the main protagonists such as Gitano Hernando, Twice Over, Prince Bishop and Debussy taking in this race as part of their preparation for the big World Cup meeting at the end of the month.
Be lucky
